20+4! A story that began 24 years ago with the creation of STAR Italia. Today we celebrate four years as STAR7, another milestone in a long process of growth and transformation. It is an opportunity to recognise all that we have achieved and reflect on our journey so far – while always keeping an eye on the future. A culture of recognition is needed in the workplace. Kudos to the Virgin team members for both thinking outside the box and setting an awesomely creative example of this! 🎉👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Having an employee recognition program may be an option to consider as a means to improve employee retention and engagement. Fortunately, recognizing and showing employee appreciation can be done in a variety of ways. We've always known that our people are our greatest asset, across every buisness we have, all over the world. They are our 'secret sauce', so we should be singing their praises, not the other way around!
