A culture of recognition is needed in the workplace. Kudos to the Virgin team members for both thinking outside the box and setting an awesomely creative example of this! 🎉👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Having an employee recognition program may be an option to consider as a means to improve employee retention and engagement. Fortunately, recognizing and showing employee appreciation can be done in a variety of ways.
