Aerospace is brimming with exceptional talent. Yet top leaders and engineers are slipping through your fingers. Advertised positions attract an huge number of applicants from candidates with little or non-relevant experience. The sheer volume of applications means that unique and capable individuals can sometimes be lost in the shuffle. The traditional hiring process, reliant on resumes, can fail to highlight the nuances that make the right candidate exceptional. This is where I step in to bridge the gap. My job is to meet many people. But this isn’t an overnight process. I’ve been building relationships and a network with peers, colleagues and candidates since I worked as an engineering leader within this industry. And over time, I’ve filtered the noise and already know who is who, what they have done and what they’re capable of. So my clients aren’t busy filtering the noise. I do that for them. When most companies get flooded with all sorts of candidates, my clients are meeting tightly matched ones first.
