The bottom line is, the more precisely and completely your claim is assembled and presented, the faster you will be able to achieve an equitable insurance settlement. Bringing in a public adjuster is one of the best ways to accomplish this.

The FCA is cracking down, and their agenda is to ensure insurers are able to justify their premium finance costs following the introduction of Consumer Duty. Nadege Genetay, partner at Sicsic Advisory, predicts the FCA will "send out a warning to the industry, or they will make an example of the worst outlier." Genetay says it's likely we will see intervention from the FCA, urging insurers to take action, before they review and take action themselves. This sentiment underscores the urgent attention this issue requires from the industry. It's time to ensure your house is in order.
