Initiatives hold the power to unearth the world's hidden treasures. You can either drift in the comfort of the status quo or ignite a blaze of effort,creating pathways to elevate both yourself and the people around you. A few months ago the Major Mixer team Lijun Hou, Mikhail Andreev, Endrit Haziri, Ernest Romanovskij, Zhishan Huang and I, organized a Pitch Competition Event at Queen Mary University of London From the spark of an idea to standing on that stage, it's been a transformative experience. 🌟A few lessons learnt while organizing this event: -Simulations are your tickets to seamless execution -Find the ideal team and master the art of delegation based on individual strengths. -Occasionally, it's wiser to decline commitments than to fall short on delivery. -Evaluate and dissect risks, ready to adapt in any circumstance. -Always keep contingency plans at your fingertips. -Empower your friends' ideas with your unwavering support; sometimes, that's all they need to turn their vision into reality. This event was more than a competition; it was a celebration of innovation, entrepreneurship, and teamwork. I'm immensely proud of what we achieved together.
