It's no secret that AI is entering the workplace and becoming an integral tool used by millions every day. And in recent years, AI has developed drastically with many applications becoming autonomous and 'advanced enough to act with limited human oversight and involvement.' But what do those in the working world feel about this? Just last week, Salesforce conducted a survey in which they spoke with 6,000 global workers on how they feel about AI becoming autonomous...and it looks positive. 77% said that they would trust autonomous AI at some point within the next 3 years or so, with some already sending AI assistants to attend meetings! What do you think about AI becoming autonomous? https://lnkd.in/euMSpmWk #steadmanbrown #salesforce #AI #newstudy #newsarticle #goodread #interesting

AI AGENTS ARE CO-WORKERS? Yes! And this article from Cloey Callahan and WorkLife makes a great case for why they could be important in the very near future. I am quoted talking about why it’s equally important to understand how we use all of this extra time these agents are going to provide us. The other perspective that is important is developing managers that understand how to lead these teams that will be a combination of AI agents and human beings. The managers that do this successfully will be exponentially more productive. Great read and thank you Cloey Callahan and WorkLife. #phenom #aiagents #aicoworker
We are entering the era of the autonomous AI workplace. In other words, some of us officially have AI co-workers. Autonomous AI is a branch of AI in which systems and tools are advanced enough to act with limited human oversight and involvement. That means that as we continue to use more AI tools and delegate work to bots, they will become workers themselves and end up being self-sufficient in many ways. They are AI agents, that interact with their environment, collect data, and use the data to perform self-determined tasks to meet predetermined goals. Senior Sales Development & Strategy - AI/ML Enablement - Connecting Digital Coworkers with Insurance Organizations at Roots Automation
🗣 Digital Coworkers work for you, you don't work for them! 🗣 Digital Coworkers are not your typical AI tools. You have the ability to interact, engage and train them the way you need. They don't break at the sight of a simple exception and they have deep niche insurance knowledge. Let me know if you'd like more info on this! #Rootsautomation #Digitalcoworkers #AI #artificialintelligence #LLM #largelanguagemodel #InsurGPT #GPT #claims #underwriting #insurancetech #insurtech #people #business #futureofwork #RPA #technology
AI 'Coworkers' NOT... ❌ Co-Pilots ❌ AI Agents ❌ RPA Bots This is a shift in mindset when thinking about AI and Automation across the modern organization. 🏆 Effectively augmenting people requires a human equivalent baked into the very fabric of a product or technology (not a stack of disparate, disconnected tools). 💬 🗨 You should be able to interact, engage, train, and coach your AI Coworker like you would a person - via a single interaction using natural language - without the need for a CoE or significant IT management. 📄 Your AI Coworker should be able to understand contextual cues, in addition to process/decision logic, when dealing with structured and unstructured data held within emails, documents, systems etc. And they shouldn't break at the sight of a simple exception. 🎓 Your AI Coworker should have deep knowledge and understanding of a niche area, vertical or complex job-to-be-done - and continually learn as they do their job. Yes, they should be doing jobs (boring, administrative, manual jobs that you hate doing), not just tasks. At Roots Automation, we call them Digital Coworkers. And our customers flipping love them. (holler at me if you want to find out more) Other folk are starting to call them AI Coworkers (see article in link) 💡💡 💡 What would you do with an army of AI-Powered Digital Coworkers at your disposal? #AI #ArtificialIntelligence #DigitalCoworker #AICoworker #People #Business #technology #FutureOfWork #Insurance https://lnkd.in/eztShaNn
