🚨 Important #ProductRecall Notice for Cresto Safety customers Cresto Safety is issuing an urgent recall for select SIMO+ S and SIMO+ H-A Work Positioning Lanyards due to a manufacturing defect identified in the rope grab screws, which may lack the essential thread lock, posing a risk of disintegration during use. Affected products include specific batches of SIMO+ S and SIMO+ H-A lanyards, alongside the Cresto Worker Roofer Pro kit. We strongly urge our customers to cease use immediately and follow the below steps for a smooth and safe rectification process: - Identify and Quarantine: Verify if your product matches the affected serial and batch numbers. - Immediate Action: Cease use of any affected items to ensure safety. - Contact for Support: Reach out to us at support@cresto.com or call +421 48 41 47 074 for next steps, which include returning the product for reworking. - Rectification: All returned items will undergo a comprehensive rework by our team to ensure safety and functionality. - Documentation and Return: Every reworked product will be documented for full traceability, and promptly returned to you.
