PwC Steuern + recht newsflash: Referentenentwurf für ein zweites Jahressteuergesetz 2024 Das Bundesministerium der Finanzen (BMF) hat gestern den Referentenentwurf für ein zweites Jahressteuergesetz 2024 (2. Jahressteuergesetz 2024 – JStG 2024 II) an die Verbände mit der Bitte um Stellungnahme bis zum 17. Juli 2024 übermittelt. Der vorliegende Entwurf sieht – neben einigen Erleichterungen, die Bestandteil der in der letzten Woche zusammen mit dem Haushaltsgesetz 2025 von den Koalitionsspitzen verabschiedeten „Wachstumsinitiative“ sind – erneut die Einführung einer Mitteilungspflicht über innerstaatliche Steuergestaltungen vor. Im Rahmen des sog. Wachstumschancengesetzes war die Einführung entsprechender Regelungen Anfang dieses Jahres im Vermittlungsausschuss gescheitert. Es bleibt zu hoffen, dass die Vernunft siegt und diese weitere steuerliche "Beschäftigungstherapiemassnahme" wieder gestrichen wird.... (es ist auch so genug zu tun)

PwC Steuern + recht newsflash Das Bundesministerium der Finanzen (BMF) hatte am 30.11.2023 einen Entwurf für einen Anwendungserlass zum Steueroasen-Abwehrgesetz (AEStAbwG) an die Verbände zur Stellungnahme gesendet. Am 14.6.2024 hat das BMF den finalen AEStAbwG veröffentlicht, der einige ausgewählte Punkte aus den Verbandseingaben aufgreift und nun auch Erläuterungen nebst Beispielen zur Anwendung des StAbwG auf Personengesellschaften enthält. In dem beigefügten Newsalert werden die für die Praxis wesentlichen Aussagen des Schreibens dargestellt.
