Today, on German Diversity Day, and as we look forward to Pride Month in June, I am proud to reaffirm Horváth's commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment for everyone. At Horváth we clearly believe that diversity is not just a one-month focus but a year-round priority. 🤝 Ongoing commitment: Openness and trust have always been Horváth's core values. Providing an appreciative working environment for all employees is crucial to us. Thus, we have implemented various initiatives, and we have set ambitious goals to promote diversity both internally and externally. Our efforts have received overwhelmingly positive feedback from our employees, reflecting the importance and impact of these measures. 💪 Driving positive change: While we are proud of the progress we've made, we recognize that there is still a way to go – for us as well as for our society.
