AI combined with full data storage and archive access, as well as BC/DR are key focus areas for us at Rimage.
How a Unified Interface Can Enhance Your Disaster Recovery Plan A disaster recovery plan is a vital part of any organization’s data management strategy. Many events could compromise data, such as a natural disaster, a cyberattack, human error, or hardware failure. A best practice is to have a quick action plan to restore your data as quickly and efficiently as possible. A Unified Interface (UI) backed by a Digital Asset Management (DAM) solution can help you achieve this goal. A DAM is a software solution that lets you store, organize, access, and distribute your digital assets, such as documents, images, videos, audio files, and more. With a UI backed by a DAM, you can enjoy several benefits for your disaster recovery plan, such as... Centralized and secure storage: You can store all your digital assets in one location, either on-premises or in the cloud, and protect them with encryption, authentication, and access control. Backup and replication: You can automatically backup your digital assets to multiple locations, such as optical discs, tape drives, or cloud storage, and replicate them across different servers or regions. This way, you can have multiple copies of your data in case one of them is lost or damaged. Version control and audit trail: You can track and record the changes made to your digital assets and restore previous versions if needed. You can also see who accessed or modified your data, when, and why, which can help you identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies. Metadata and search: You can enrich your digital assets with metadata, such as keywords, descriptions, tags, categories, and more, that describe their content, context, and usage. This can help you find and retrieve your data faster and easier, especially when you have a large volume of assets to deal with. Workflow and automation: You can streamline and automate your disaster recovery processes, such as backup, replication, restoration, and distribution, and reduce the manual effort and human error involved. You can also integrate your DAM with other systems and tools, such as content management systems, email platforms, social media networks, and more, and distribute your data to the right channels and audiences. With a DAM-backed UI, you can minimize the impact of any disaster on your business operations, reputation, and revenue by locating and enabling your critical business assets and resuming your normal activities as soon as possible. What does “sales” look like to others? Often perceived as overly persistent people, calling mid work day, only going to fun events, glamorous job, etc. etc. etc. What is sales REALLY like? It’s getting to know people on a deeper personal level, it’s really caring about the needs of others & do I fit that need, it’s making 20+ outreach calls hoping just 1 answers to take a meeting much less lines up for future work. It’s hard, it’s a hustle, it’s rewarding & it can be fun as hell. BUT the next time a salesperson reaches out to you, consider that they just 1. want to get to know you better 2. want to make your life easier 3. they wouldn’t be calling if they didn’t have something of VALUE!! Let’s talk about what Encompass Energy Services, LLC can do to relieve some pressure points in survey work! MIDSTREAM, do yall need Route Selection? Construction Staking? As-Builts? FACILITIES, do yall need Laser Scanning? GPR? We have so many services to offer, the top of the line equipment, & crews all across the country ready to be on your next project! $45,000 residential service ticket… in electrical??? You got it… Louis Herbet went on a buzzing breaker call, and it led to two new panels, a complete home re-device, new kitchen lighting, and several bathroom exhaust fans. (Maybe more, we lost track.) Louis Herbert is a selling electrician for Kanon Electric in Milton, WA. On his way to selling $1.4 million in residential electrical work, he closed this $45,000 job… And Louis explains step-by-step how this call transpired, including how he sold the benefits of an electrical inspection, how he communicated differences in panels he sells, how he gained the homeowners trust to test all the home’s receptacles, and so much more… Speaking of more, you bet there were some objections—you get a glimpse of how Louis addressed them in this clip. The customer left Louis at his home alone, so he could drive to his wife’s office and confer with her. When he returned, he had a check!!! For any electrician, technician, salesperson—I don’t care what the trade—you can gain insight into how to take control of the call, establish yourself as the authority, calmly discard objections, and sell your top option. This is worth your 60 minutes. By the way… Louis give a shout-out to CertainPath’s Electrical Advanced sales training. CertainPath Electrical members, if you haven’t been, what are you waiting for? Tired of happy customers and large service tickets? Make the sacrifice in time, and the class pays for itself… You can watch this entire interview on the CertainPath YouTube channel. If you’re not a subscriber, you should! In addition to the full interviews, we chop them into bite-sized nuggets and release them daily! #certainpath #kanonelectric #electric https://lnkd.in/g9QdaFQD
