Since this photo was taken, a lot things have happened 🔮: The cost of a Super Bowl ad has increased by over $5 million (Statista), while the quality of a Super Bowl ad has decreased significantly (personal opinion). I started to understand how football works thanks to my friends at Madison Taylor Marketing, and won Fantasy Football, beating my friends at Madison Taylor Marketing (thanks Josh Allen). Will there be a clear winner among this year's Super Bowl ads, or will it be a rinse and repeat of common themes? Look out for Madison Taylor Marketing's annual article ranking the top ads! 👀 #SuperBowl #SuperBowlAds #TaylorSwift #Advertising

🚀 On February 11, 2024, the 58th #SuperBowl 🏈 took place, marking the final game for the title of the National Football League (NFL) champion. The annual broadcast attracts an average of 100 million viewers, not only for the love of sports but also for the traditional halftime show, movie trailers, and advertisements. In the 1960s, companies paid 💸$35,000 for a 30-second advertising video during the Super Bowl; in 2021, it was 💸$5.5 million, and in 2024, it increased to 💸$7 million. These figures exclude production costs, and a short clip can incur a total cost exceeding 💸$15 million. #marketingooutloud #marketing #adscampaign #marketingstrategy

Advertising campaigns are strategies planned and executed by companies, organizations or individuals with the objective of promoting a product, service, idea or brand through various media, such as television, radio, Internet, written press, billboards, social networks, among others. 📻 📺 📰 👩💻 These campaigns usually have specific objectives, such as increasing sales, creating brand awareness, changing the attitudes of the target audience, launching a new product or service. The other day, due to a topic we saw in class, I was looking at what had been the most viewed ads so far this year and one of them was this one❗ The ad features actress Scarlett Johansson and former NFL players Dan Marino, Terrell Owens and Bruce Smith in a lab with M&M'S characters, admiring the M&M'S Almost Champions Comfort Ring, the first of its kind, and laughing about the feeling of being "almost champions". 💡 From my point of view, the ad uses M&M'S signature humor and the power of fun to create a world where everyone feels they belong, uniting this star-studded group in a way only the brand can. What was your impression of the ad? #Advertisingcampaigns #Marketing #Imagination #Originality

Keenen Ivory Wayans is the greatest marketer ever. Bold statement right? Not the name that usually gets thrown out when talking about great marketerers? As a marketer, it’s important to stay ahead of the curve and find new ways to reach and engage your audience. Keenan Ivory Wayans is a prime example of a marketer who did just that. He created the modern Super Bowl halftime show by introducing counter programming during halftime, which has now become a staple of the Super Bowl experience. CBS had the National Football League (NFL) #superbowl but Fox Corporation had In Living Color which it aired live during the halftime of the game. By doing so, he was able to capture the attention of viewers who were not interested in football and provide them with an alternative that was both entertaining and engaging. So, let’s take a page out of Keenan’s book. Let’s be bold, let’s be creative, and let’s find new and inventive ways to reach and engage our audience. Who knows, we might just create the next big thing in marketing history! #media #advertising #entertainment #creativity #brandmarketing #sportsmarketing #sports #football #future

The more we learned about BetMGM the more clear it became that BetMGM is for everyone. While other sports betting apps only appeal to a certain crowd, everyone is welcome at BetMGM. To make this idea Super Bowl worthy, we thought let’s bring everyone together around a common enemy: Tom Brady. We love you Tom, but everyone agrees you’ve won enough. So if you love sports betting or are just getting started. If you prefer parlays or don’t even know what that means. If you think Tom Brady’s cute or if you are the Tom Brady of spreadsheets. As long as you’re not Tom Brady, BetMGM is for you. It’s easy, it’s fun and there’s something for everyone. Congratulations to everyone who was a part of this one. (Except you, Tom, you’ve had enough congratulations). Now go get your bets in! 🏈 Highdive BetMGM Mark Gross, Chad Broude, Jen Passaniti, Alex Zamiar, Jonathan Richman, E.B.
