Friends: I know, I know, considering I post stories regularly about crazy HOA things, you may say to yourself, "WHY WOULD I EVER WORK IN THIS INDUSTRY?" Despite the craziness, this industry provides a great way to solve problems, make a difference and utilize organization and customer service training. We have two positions currently hiring in our Community Management division: Role #1: Community Manager Part or Full-Time Available - Licensed Realtor preferred. Managing a portfolio of HOA communities including project management, communication with the board, preparing budgets, working with resident concerns. This role is a hybrid role where much of the work can be completed at-home outside of community visits, some board meetings and owner meetings. Strong organization, problem-solving and ability to communicate well with others. Aka, you've got to be able to play well in the sandbox, even when the sandbox gets weird. Role #2: Assistant Community Manager Part or Full-Time Available - Assist HOA team in preparation of vendor bids, meeting attendance, budget preparation, homeowner communication, etc. Strong organization, problem-solving and ability to communicate well with others. Aka, you've got to be able to play well in the sandbox, even when the sandbox gets weird.
