On Tuesday, October 8th, celebrate National Digital Inclusion Week with IDIA and explore how Arizonans are advancing solutions for digital inclusion. Celebrate successes and learn how you can help us make strides in this imperative work. Arizona changemakers are committed to addressing the digital divide. We are leveling the playing field for all Arizonans by providing access to tools, knowledge, skills and resources that we all need to thrive in the digital age.  Our agenda is jam-packed with 5-10 minute lightning presentations, giving you the opportunity to learn more from local industry experts about the state of digital inclusion in Arizona and the United States. This interactive virtual event is your chance to learn how to leverage technology to connect the underconnected, and celebrate how Arizona partners are working collectively and collaboratively to close the digital divide and advance sustainable digital equity for all Arizonans. I’m so excited to announce that I will be joining the Digital Equity Institute as their program manager on July 8. I’ll be working with an incredible team of mission-oriented folks who are dedicated to digital justice in Arizona (and beyond)! This is a new position with the DEI, and re-orients my passion for access and inclusion from higher education to the entire state of Arizona. In this role I'll work with a group of community advocates and experts to develop programming and oversee access for key groups in the Arizona population. I am so grateful for my time in Learning Experience. Sean and Megan, I’m so grateful for your support in the role. Your willingness to roll your sleeves up and jump into the trenches was key to the success of the services I oversaw. I’m incredibly thankful for the brilliant student staffers who worked tirelessly to improve access to and mastery of essential technologies at ASU. There are so, so many people in ET who helped make my time in LX successful.
