As part of our 2030 #Sustainability Targets, we at Bayer have set ourselves the goal of supporting 300 million people with health and nutrition while reducing our own ecological footprint. Mitigating and adapting to climate change are top priorities for #TeamBayer. That's why, in line with the Paris Climate Agreement and the UN Sustainable Development Goals, we are committed to making our own operations climate-neutral by 2030. An important contribution to this is reducing our emissions by 42% and sourcing 100% of the electricity we purchase from renewable sources by 2030. 🚨 Major update from COP29! The Presidency has launched a Declaration on Reducing Methane from Organic Waste 🌱, setting objectives to scale up efforts in tackling methane emissions in the waste sector.
