Quality will always show in the end and a lack of it (relatively speaking), will usually be equally important to the end result. With the Euro 2024 tournament now officially over, it's ended up as another near miss for England (the men's team at least). It was oh so near but still oh so far again 😕...and now I wait with millions of fellow England fans for another shot at lifting a trophy in two years time. Our 'failure' ultimately came down to the level of quality we had throughout our team compared to the widely recognised superior quality of the Spanish team. So, what's my point here? Well, put simply, quality will always end up being your friend. The better the quality, the better your chances of success - whether we're talking about national football teams or day to day in your business. My strap line is: Never Compromise on Quality Quality is your friend. Quality is what I do. So, let's get talking. Oh and lastly...unlucky England, I'm absolutely gutted. But well done Spain, you were the better team and you did deserve to lift the trophy. #Euro2024 #Quality #QualityMatters

Excellence is a gradual result of always striving to do better. As the start of EURO 2024 draws closer I am immensely proud of what Team Taylor has achieved since 2017. Coming together is a beginning. Staying together is progress. Working together is success. Elite refereeing is the most challenging it ever has been. Tournament officiating requires resilience and a mindset of not fearing perceived failure. Accept some things are out of your control. Expectations are high, pressure is intense and the environment is like being on an emotional rollercoaster. Operating consistently in a high performance environment is only possible once you have created a psychologically safe team environment.
