Learn your product(s) inside/out. - Be the guy that people call looking for something even though they already know you don’t sell it. It pays big dividends. - Do the hard work. Get out and see people. Even if you just saw them last week. You might not make a sale, but something will come your way out of the blue. Ask any experienced sales rep and they will tell you it’s happened to them over and over b/c they were faithful to the job. - Become a giver. The more you give the more you will receive. - Become a good friend. Your friends will take care of you during the hard times. The hard times will come. But you will make it. One final thought. This is likely adaptable to any job w/ a tweak here and there. Go forth and sell.
