At St. Luke's, leading the way is not just a concept, but also the cornerstone of our rich and storied history. St. Luke's Chief People Officer, Nate Bigler, was a keynote presenter at a recent meeting of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA). The MGMA represents over 15,000 group medical practices that range from smaller, private practices to some of the largest in the country with over 350,000 physicians. The theme was "Leadership in Times of Change." This concept is universal, especially post-pandemic. Healthcare, like most businesses, is in the midst of turbulent times with the cost of supplies and labor increasing significantly. Nate's keynote presentation covered what leaders need to do to continue to improve the culture in their sphere of influence; a culture that will win through this season of change. #StLukesSTL #HealthcareLeadership #MGMAconference #HealthcareCulture #PostPandemicLeadership #LeadershipInChange #HealthcareTrends #HealthcareChallenges
