I had an interesting email exchange with a founder of a Series A Fintech.
They are building an exciting infrastructure product for Banks, and because it's 2024, it is of course an #AI product.
He shared a familiar frustration:
💥 being so consumed with building his company that there’s little time left for expanding his network and forging essential partnerships with large financial institutions and other fintechs.
💥how difficult it is to balance the demands of product development, scaling operations, hiring and fundraising while also trying to establish crucial connections that can drive growth and open new opportunities.
