Simple demo tip: Execute every pathway using the fewest number of steps I’ve seen thousands of demos. Most of them were too complex and their demo pathways were too long Here is how to shorten your demos: ❌ Describe the entire process ✅ Show the end result of the process ❌ Focus on the product features ✅ Put yourself in the customers' shoes ❌ Talk about all options ✅ Choose the best option ❌ Pre-answer all questions in your script ✅ Don't pre-answer questions ❌ Use one flow for all stakeholders ✅ Break up your demo into chunks per stakeholder Pro tip: 2 - 3 screens are the sweet spot.
