It’s amazing that right now so many people in the automotive business are being let go but yet at the same time you see so many accepting new management roles in the automotive business. Times have gotten slow across the board and sales are down for majority of the industry. It’s times like these that we need to work together, continue to lead, train and grow. Many will be let go because of lack of leadership looking at the surrounding industry, many will find new roles, many will leave their roles because they think it’s their place and not realizing what’s going on outside their walls and many will be stuck looking. You can always tell this is the case when it slows down across the board because of so many people who are looking for new roles or accepting new roles. I myself have never compared myself to the industry but I don’t put a blind eye to what’s happening. I believe that this is the time to grow as a whole. The wave is just getting started and there will be many more green circles on profile pages in the coming weeks.
