🍖 Trust, Trivia, and Tasty Pork Chops: Another Successful SuiteC Gathering! Last week, we came together at Perry's Steakhouse & Grille in Lone Tree, CO, for our latest SuiteC Connection Concierge event. Over a delicious lunch in a hijacked private room, we dove into meaningful conversations about "Building Authentic Professional Relationships." Key Takeaway: "Do you trust your boss?" This simple question is more predictive of team and organizational success than any other! Why? Because trust drives: 🥩 Engagement and morale 🥩 Risk-taking and innovation 🥩 Efficient decision-making 🥩 Lower turnover rates Congrats to our trivia champ, Holly Ostrow, CPA, who walked away with a "Narcissist" candle (yes, that's a thing)! 🏆 Thanks to all our incredible attendees for making this event a success. At SuiteC, we're building authentic relationships one pork chop at a time! #ProfessionalRelationships #NetworkingEvents #LeadershipTrust #SuiteC

💥 Beyond Boundaries: Why We're Not Afraid to Think Outside the Box 📦 As we gear up for another successful week, I wanted to share a recent experience that truly embodies Bargreen Ellingson's values of dedication and partnership. 💙 Picture this: a client on the brink of their grand opening week, with corporate trainers scheduled to arrive on Monday and the big launch set for Friday. The excitement was palpable, but so was the panic when they discovered they received the wrong item. 😧 Time was of the essence, and we knew we had to act swiftly. ⌛ Without hesitation, we sprang into action. Rather than leaving our client stranded, we reached out to local food service equipment suppliers in their area. Fortunately, luck was on our side, and we found exactly what they needed in stock. 🛒 Gathering all necessary details on pricing, product specifications, and location, we swiftly provided our client with the information they needed to pick up the essential item. While some companies may shy away from referring clients to competitors 🚫, we understand that our foremost priority is our client's success. 🏆 This story is just one of many instances where we've gone above and beyond to ensure our clients can open on time. Our commitment to building enduring partnerships means that we prioritize their needs above all else. We recognize that one lost order pales in comparison to the long-term trust and relationship we aim to foster. 🤝 At Bargreen Ellingson, we are more than just service providers – we are dedicated partners in our clients' success stories. Thank you to our incredible team for exemplifying our values every day, and to our clients for entrusting us with their vision. Here's to many more milestones together! 🚀 ▪ ▪ ▪ #BEnational #ServingThoseWhoServeOthers #OutsideoftheBox #ClientSuccess #Partnerships #Commitment #Teamwork #Collaboration

We help Marketing leaders to generate opportunities, and Sales leaders to engage directly with highly motivated buyers. Our boutique residential meetings attract pre-qualified senior leaders that want to meet with you.
One definition for value is literally “the price paid for something” so in that case, if you get something for free, it has no value to you. Would you walk into a restaurant and expect a free meal before deciding whether to become a regular customer? Of course not, yet some people believe they are entitled to a 'freebie' before perhaps partnering with us in the future. Our speakers, guests, commercial partners, and our business invest significant time, resources, and effort in to producing and delivering our boutique residential meetings. The results provide significant value for everyone involved, as proven over the past 15 years. Let’s support each other’s work, not undervalue it. Just like in any other business transaction, it’s about trust, collaboration, and mutual respect - no freebies needed.....and none should be expected. #strategicpartners #value #collaboration

A strategist who enjoys empowering organizations to achieve their strategic goals through competitive strategy. 📈
"Winning Before Fighting! Strategic planning, building strong relationships, and collaboration are key elements for success in business. Take the time to plan and prepare before taking action. Cultivate positive connections with customers, suppliers, and partners to gain a significant advantage. Partnering with other businesses can help expand your reach and impact. For example, a new vegan food truck in Virginia Beach, Virginia, conducted thorough research to identify optimal locations and operating hours. By prioritizing building relationships with local businesses, they secured prime parking spots and offered exclusive discounts to their employees. Additionally, they established a partnership with a nearby brewery to offer unique food and beer pairings. #BusinessStrategy #RelationshipBuilding #Collaboration #SuccessStories"

President of Business Relations at Orange County Soccer Club. Podcast host, transatlantic trade specialist.
Every month or so I sit down for a pompously-named ‘Presidents Lunch’ with Chris Cusiter (who actually is ‘only’ the CEO of Alexander Murray & Company). It started just after the pandemic (he was the first person I lunched with after 16 months of no restaurants) and it’s been a regular meeting since. He used to be a professional sportsman and I used to, basically, be a professional whisky drinker so we both know a little about each other’s industries. We talk upward management, leadership, strategy, innovation, motivation, frustrations, opportunities. We share challenges, we counsel, we cajole, we call BS (as they say in America) and we do it all in a positive environment of mutual benefit. We’re vulnerable, honest, often rude (in a collegiate British way) and we both get a lot out of it. We happen to be working on a secret whisky/football collaboration which we can’t talk about yet but the value isn’t transactional business - it’s sharing with someone in an adjacent industry with whom you can talk openly. So the message from this post is whether you are junior or senior, a CEO or even a President, get yourself a peer from outside your industry and take turns buying each other lunch (self-important name optional). Both of you, both of your teams and both of your companies will benefit. (And ideally find someone who runs a whisky company because the birthday gifts are better…)
