Sunday Reflections: From Corporate Giants to Startup Vision 🚀 This is a Sunday post, but the journey of a startup founder knows no days off. People often ask me why I started Supply Bridge The truth is, there isn’t just one answer. Seeing how digitalization is transforming even the oldest industries, combined with the wealth of experience I gained from working at companies like Volkswagen , BMW Group , Daimler Truck AG I recognized the need for a vertical solution in the automotive supply chain. My entrepreneurial spirit drove me to create a product I once dreamed of having while in corporate—something that would make the lives of people in supply chain management easier. As Jeff Bezos once said, “Great inventors are those who would still find 1,000 things to improve in an existing product.” This resonates with me deeply. I started Supply Bridge to solve a problem I had faced repeatedly over the years, understanding the pain points and creating a solution that fits those needs perfectly. It’s about using experience to deliver higher value. But beyond that, one of the most important aspects for me was the freedom to work from anywhere. As the saying goes, “When you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life.” 🌍💻 There’s something uniquely satisfying about being able to work on your vision while surrounded by the tranquility of nature. Whether it’s a Sunday or any other day, the combination of blue skies, green landscapes, and the warmth of the sun brings a certain happiness that outweighs the stress. 🌞🌿 It’s not just about the work—it’s about the journey and the joy of turning your vision into reality, no matter where you are. ✨ This is a shout-out and respect to all entrepreneurs who leave their comfort zones and dive into the struggles of creating a startup. But don’t forget—enjoy the journey; it’s more important than reaching the finish line. The journey itself transforms you into a better version of yourself. I also want to extend my deepest thanks to my wife, my family and friends for their unwavering support and belief in me and in Supply Bridge along this journey. This wouldn’t have been possible without them. 🙏 Borjana Lambreva Markus Nels Johann Wieland F.
