🌟 Women in Tech: A Post-Women's Day Reflection 🌟 As the wave of women in tech posts by organizations subsides after the womens day, the bigger question is: What do we do to stop women from dropping off from the workforce ? May be we need a campaign like "Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao" (Save the Daughter, Educate the Daughter) -- one that actively brings back women who've temporarily stepped away and are now eager to return. 💪 IMO women in tech should focus more on actively supporting, mentoring, and provide resources to women looking to re-enter the workforce. May be a "Beti back in tech" campaign is needed ... ????
