This will help maintain work accountability + provide a comprehensive view of team dynamics. 4) Analyze time-based productivity By studying time inputs and their correlation on productive working hours, you’ll be able to identify inefficiencies and ensure that everyone is focused on high-impact tasks. 5) Test drive analytics platforms Reporting tools like GitHub offer productivity insights that you can incorporate into your regular one-on-ones, quarterly, and biannual reviews for data-driven performance evaluations.
