One of my favorite findings from Chief’s just-published New Era of Leadership Report: 96% of executives believe that an effective leader must support their employees in both their professional and personal lives. Over the last four years, we’ve all seen the blurry lines between the personal and the professional. Those who work with me know my son is an often-featured (and energetic 😉) guest in my Zoom meetings. It’s encouraging to see that so many C-Suite leaders recognize the value of supporting employees and the positive impact this has on business performance. Well, well, well...80% of C-Suite executives say they are still investing in DEI initiatives at their company with 44% saying they will ramp up their DEI initiatives or develop new ones.   This is just one of the encouraging insights from Chief's latest New Era of Leadership research.
