Meet my new Boss Cathrine Foss Stene is someone I always enjoy lunching with. But our last meeting came with a twist. Cathrine heads the jury of Norway’s top leadership award. Ledertalentene is run by E24.no, and is open to leadership talents under 35. And I’m excited to say that I will be joining the jury, together with Marianne Gaarder Amland, Pablo Barrera and Cecilie Ystenes Myhre. How did I feel about being asked? Humble and proud of course, as we say on LinkedIn. But most of all excited by the opportunity to get to know so many impressive leaders and learn about what motivates them to excel at work. If the headline had you worried, I won’t be leaving my day job. Nor is the role on the jury in any way affiliated with it. But I think it means I get to call Cathrine my boss now, which I’m really looking forward to. We share a passion for good leadership and personal development, and I always learn a lot from our discussions. As you can see from the picture, she is also the first (and so far only) to secure a print edition of my LinkedIn leadership art.
