Meet Dr. Joseph, a physician who was shot in the throat. He's now redefining care as a trauma surgeon. But how did it all start? Joshep was 17 when he was shot. He survived the attack with surgery and support. Now, he's a surgeon, often treating patients with gunshots. Having experienced trauma and pain firsthand, he advocates for gun reforms and actively engages in policy work. And I believe this is the best part. Providers going above and beyond to address the public health crisis is commendable. Why? Because true healing extends beyond operating rooms and clinics. And, treating symptoms isn't enough when we can prevent disease. What do you think?
