Helping female online entrepreneurs love their business, their revenues and their life by introducing systems and organisation they don’t have to think about | Unicorn OBM | Message me quick

Everybody's businesses are organised differently which you would expect because ultimately every business owner is different. This is fine when it is just you because you know how you do things and where things are stored, but what happens when you start outsourcing to amazing freelancers? One thing I hear over and over is clients' uncertainty about outsourcing because they have been burnt in the past. When I hear this I usually ask whether they had taken the time to ensure that the freelancer understood how the business was organised, and how as the owner you like things done. Surprisingly often the answer is 'no' they hadn't taken the time, therefore setting the freelancer up to fail. I really understand how daunting it is to bring someone into your team, whether for the first time or after having been burnt, but taking the time to ensure that they understand your business will stand everyone in good stead. Firstly because they will feel like they are really part of your team, not just someone working on the sidelines, and secondly because you will quickly know that the person invested in your business, it will also allow you to start working towards taking guilt-free time off because you know your team can do the tasks you need them to do. One way to quickly and efficiently help people understand how your business is organised is to have Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's). Not only will this help new team members see how things are done, but it will give you an additional opportunity to explain things. Having documented SOP's will reduce your overwhelm because you know that your team will do their tasks the way you want them done. If you want to know more about how SOPs can help your business then why not book a FREE call today?
