Is #esgdata #esgframeworks #esgcompliances going to solve us to build a sustainable business...since so much effort, resources and time is being spent to get more and more accurate. As organisations and ESG leaders we should ask ourselves this more often ! The business leaders are expected to know the pulse of the organisation and these questions are easy to answer, if we are true to seeing what needs to be seen: - How we are impacting the environment and nature around us - How much do we extract from nature and replenish back while conducting our business - Can we continue with the same assumptions, products and model, in the current state of climate change , depletion...or risks have increased - How the business touch points in various locations/ as products impacting the communities, youth or children. - How empathetic or nurturing are we towards our employees, are we able to retain them.
