Exciting research on a novel biocatalytic process! ⚗️ Our SpinChem rotating bed reactor was used for reactions in the process of synthesizing Nemtabrutinib. By immobilizing the transaminase enzyme, stability was improved allowing for extended operation in organic solvents. The final streamlined and robust process enables simplified, direct isolation of the product as a crystalline salt.
