We are pleased to share that our Branch Manager in Niš, Andjelija Zlatanovic, participated in the panel discussion “Workplace Adjusted to Family Needs” organized by Ana and Vlade Divac Foundation in collaboration with the United Nations Population Fund. The foundation selected Symphony as an example of an employer with best practices. We were honored to share many positive examples of our implemented practices, along with our experience and advice. Supporting wellbeing and work-life balance is important to us at Symphony. We strive to create a workplace where employees can effectively manage their work responsibilities and family commitments, ensuring everyone feels valued and supported. Pleased to share some insights from our employee communities look-back for February 2024 at Mindr: - Right now appears to be a great time to double down on community programming: people are paying attention. Employee community subscriptions across all of our partners have seen their highest month-on-month growth since November last year. The holiday lull is over! - There are clear benefits to offering a breadth of community focus areas.
