Time truly flies. Thirteen years ago (after a few years of discussion and preparations), we founded Consilio International, driven by the belief that geopolitics was making a powerful comeback and would become a crucial factor in decision-making for Swedish companies. From the outset, it was clear to us, the founders of Consilio, that the world was heading in a new direction, characterized by geopolitical rivalry, volatility, and polarization. Our mission has always been to share our expertise, fill a niche in the advisory market, and most importantly, help Swedish and international clients solve complex problems, mitigate risks, and seize opportunities. Over the years, we have supported numerous clients, with some remaining loyal since our inception. We've executed projects in diverse markets across the globe, and many clients attest to the significant impact we've had on their operations. We remain steadfast in our commitment to our clients and the values we uphold. Thirteen years have passed swiftly, and we are now preparing for the next chapter in our history. As co-founder and CEO since day one, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to our current team, senior advisors, former employees, board members, shareholders, partners, and all our inspiring clients. Thirteen years ago, we recognized the resurgence of geopolitics and launched Consilio International. Since then, much has changed - one of the few things remaining is the fact that geopolitics is back and that this can not be ignored by any company. Over the years we developed solid methods and processes grounded in science and data to systematically enhance our clients' decision-making capabilities. If you want to be part of the next 13 years, don't hesitate to reach out. #Geopolitics #Anniversary #Leadership #BussinesInteligence #strategy #RiskManagement #Opportunity #GlobalImpact #Consilio #ConsilioInternational
Consilio International is celebrating 13 years! Consilio was founded in 2011 on the belief that geopolitics would become a defining factor for Swedish multinational companies. Our journey has been marked by innovation, collaboration, and a relentless pursuit of understanding global dynamics. Thirteen years later, we still get inspired by one of our visions - “it’s the same world, but from a different perspective”

Perception vs. Perspective While Europe often faces backlash for its history of colonization, it was also one of the first regions to actively fight against slavery. This duality in history is an important reminder that when we look back in time, we will always encounter both the good and the bad. The key is to learn from the negative aspects while also appreciating the positive contributions. This concept extends beyond history and applies to our daily interactions, particularly in the workplace. We are often quick to criticize others for their mistakes or shortcomings, but much slower to acknowledge the good they contribute. For example, in a team setting, someone may miss a deadline or make an error, and it’s easy to focus solely on that failure. However, it’s equally important to recognize the same person’s dedication, creativity, or problem-solving abilities that benefit the team in other ways. By shifting our perspective and balancing our perception of others, we can foster a more constructive and positive environment, both in history and in everyday situations.

“At the heart of any successful business, organization, family, or nation is the wisdom to remember your mistakes and the commitment to grow beyond them. It’s time that maxim was back at the heart of the life we live together.” My first official article as a Fast Company Executive Board Member on how we can achieve this goal. Would love to know what y’all think:
Successful organizations start with bringing people together to solve problems and grow a successful culture from those small steps. https://lnkd.in/eBXSVUx6 Written by Nisha Anand of Dream Org
