The report highlights key points wrt Terror Financing. However I believe issues such as cyber attacks holding government and key private sector institutions ransom, should also be highlighted as a significant concern. This year alone has shown a significant increase in the volume of data breaches, with over 5 key government institutions compromised. The data stolen/deleted or systems held ransom is placing the South African economy and it's people at risk.

🌐 The escalation of tension in the Middle East has a direct impact on the Mediterranean region, especially in the countries of the eastern fringe. In this context, Mr. Anwar Zibaoui, General Coordinator of ASCAME, calls in an article published today in Expansión for more cooperation between the Mediterranean countries to face the crisis in the Middle East. In addition, Mr. Zibaoui claims to promote an ecosystem that allows societies, the economy and international trade to prosper. 🗨️ “The region cannot live on the brink of war permanently, nor use its citizens as hostages. It is necessary to open channels, return to the negotiating table, and stop tearing up maps and depleting wealth. It is necessary to explore common solutions, restore neighborly relations, and manage the enormous resources to improve the lives of its citizens”. 📝 Read the full article! 👉 https://n9.cl/f1e6o
