Last week the Tapestry Moon Township leadership team and staff had the opportunity to participate in team building using their identified strengths with Tiffany Weigand MBA and Partner2Learn. The coaching and exercises strengthened the bond and communication that this team already operates under. Thank you, Tiffany, and Partner2Learn for the guidance and wisdom to enable this team to reach new levels of performance personally and professionally. -Joe Signore
Identifying leadership gold in others means recognising their unique talents and potential, often before they do. By fostering an environment of growth and encouragement, we help individuals unlock their leadership abilities, contributing to both their personal development and the strength of our teams or organisations.
Great post Ash Takher 🙌
Nature versus Nurture.
I believe potential can grow. Certainly, our perception of what our potential is can absolutely grow. (And this is perhaps, more important).
Our potential expands as we create environments that allow it to.
If you are unsure if this is true, contemplate the following examples.
- Who do you become when you are around your parents / siblings?
- Who do you become when you have a great boss versus a poor one?
- Who do you become when failure is not an option? (think project deadline, protecting your family, winning a sports game)
Our potential (or perception of our potential) increases when the environment is conducive.
The question we should be asking is, how can we create environments that are conducive to reaching our potential?
And how can we do this for our teams?

Do you believe you can GROW your potential, or is it a fixed parameter at some point and the question becomes whether you reach that potential or not?
That was one of the key debates and questions I had during a fantastic leadership seminar yesterday Phil Nayna in association with Soho House & Co with some other great business leaders.
Chime in with some insights!
Grow faster! Stop waiting for others to do the work and do it yourself.
As we progress in our leadership careers, development and development-oriented feedback lessens and by the time you hit executive roles you are largely on your own (this is especially true in a CEO position).

“A lot of confidence to handle the board or the station as an organisation itself.” That's what the participants of our 2024 Take It On leadership Mentoring Program achieved! Head here to read more about the program impact:https://lnkd.in/gH2RgF4b

Check out a brilliant article contributed by AAMA Corporate Partner, Anke Jahn, LPC, BCC, President of Mind Your Culture! 🤩
With a preface from AAMA President, Ron Davis:
"AAMA views frontline leadership training as a very important initiative as we move the automotive industry in Alabama forward. Please take the time to read more thoughts about frontline leadership training below."
Dear Women Leaders,
Building relationships with colleagues in your organization must be strategic.
That doesn't mean you're being inauthentic.
You are authentic. The relationship is strategic.
It would be impossible to build deep relationships with all of your colleagues.
So, you must choose wisely.
On your long list of folks you need to "get to know better," consider the following:
* What do you both have to gain from a relationship?
* How can this relationship help build a positive culture of collaboration?
* How could this relationship help both of you reach your goals?
Your time is a precious resource. Prioritizing who you spend it with isn't smarmy. It's smart.
Sincerely,
Your Leadership Coach

I never understood why some people knock others down.
Because successful and smart people have an abundance mindset.
"A rising tide lifts all boats."
They cheer others on instead of getting jealous or bitter.
Here are 3 things I consistently see wise people doing:
1. Sharing the spotlight with others
3. Helping people publicly
4. Introducing amazing people to each other
Be happy when other people are winning.
Because lifting others up will lift you up too.
