Stakeholder meetings are essential for discussing ongoing improvement, growth, and challenges. These gatherings provide a platform for stakeholders to share their perspectives and insights on school development. Through collaborative discussions, stakeholders can work together to identify key areas for improvement and set strategic goals. Engaging in regular stakeholder meetings can drive meaningful progress and sustainable change within the school community. #interactivelearning #internationaleducation #internationalschools

To summarize the profound words of literacy consultant Erin Lillis Kent, the key to professional learning for schools and organizations is more than the workshop itself: It's the work of the teams BETWEEN THE MEETINGS. That's where the real learning happens. So. true. When we can link learners by sharing applications, they can learn from each other. We take a big step towards building a #learningcommunity where we can learn from each other. #WeLearnBestByDoing If you're a #consultant looking to build learning communities to help #organizationallearning be more collaborative with a focus on #actionlearning, let's explore a new a new model where teams learn together as they share solutions and feedback while they make #OrganizationalChange as the implement the learning together. Preview the demo. https://lnkd.in/gZmzWgTw Special shout to some great recent conversations and putting this in action. Why networking is important! Today marked the start of the Quality of Education network meetings I’ve established across a series of SEND schools in the county What I learnt; ✅ We are all facing similar challenges ✅ We all want to do the best thing for the students we work with ✅ We are all working on similar things and need the support of challenge partners ✅ We are embracing the opportunity to share practice and learn from each other ✅ We all have something to bring to the table that will impact others journey But one comment that resonated with me from the morning is ‘thank you, I feel like finally a comfy blanket has been given to me to lean on, knowing I’m not in this alone!’ We need to network, we need to support each other, we need to embrace the skill set that each professional brings; together we can impact the lives of so many more pupils! #send #networking #collaboration #support #qualityofeducation #teachingandlearning #strategic

Our half-termly Heads' school improvement meetings - the first of 2024 which happened this morning - are just one of the important ways that we foster genuine collaboration between our Trust schools. The meetings ensure that Heads have the time and space to think strategically, as well as have honest, reflective conversations with each other about practice and what we can do even better for children. #educatingforlife #multiacademytrust #multiacademytrusts #educationmatters #leadershipmatters
