Recruiters, you've managed to take a process that requires skill, nuance, and attention to detail and turned it into a laughable joke. Bravo. In your quest to fill open roles at lightning speed, you've abandoned all pretense of seriousness and rigor. Who needs quality candidates when you can just click "hire" and hope for the best? #Recruitment #Hiring #TalentAcquisition... or Not I mean, seriously, what's the point of even having a recruitment process anymore? Facing constant candidate #dropouts : Put on the candidates hat ! One thing which the organizations usually ignore is the hiring process. At times the hiring process can make or break a candidate's decision to join your organization. A smooth, respectful experience will reduce candidate dropouts but also enhance employer brand. I suggest that hiring managers should take out time and go through their company hiring process themselves under a different name.
