Reflecting on the Year: Landmark Legal Cases of 2024 – Chapter 3: Protecting IP Rights at Global Trade Fairs International trade fairs, with their extensive participant and visitor networks, often provide opportunities for infringing parties to showcase products that violate intellectual and industrial property rights. During the recent Beauty Istanbul Fair and Export Gateway to Africa, our team conducted meticulous research to identify such violations, protecting the rights of numerous clients. Thanks to our swift action on-site: ✅ We addressed infringements directly with the involved parties. ✅ Awareness was raised among participants and visitors about the importance of IP protection. Taking immediate and decisive steps in such environments is critical not only to halt infringements but also to foster a culture of respect for intellectual property. #IntellectualProperty #LegalSuccess #BrandProtection #YearInReview

Turd inside a high-class mall in Taipei While you try not to fall off your chair from laughter, may we agree that the Taiwanese genius who designed the sign seen Jan. 17, 2025 does not receive an award for editorial licensing, which, if done right, should yield text brimming of creativity to enhance understanding? But in this case a piece of turd has been produced due to incompetence. Even the chimp shown knows to use a dictionary to avoid a simple mistake. There is actually a less obvious snafu: The way the sign-making subcontract has been completed. What happened to work approval and revision in case of a fuc*-up? Incidentally this farce is inside a supposedly high-class boutique mall in one of the priciest areas of Taipei. #TurdInsideAHighClassMallInTaipei

The Turkish Lithuanian Chamber of Commerce is proud to unveil its new corporate identity, highlighted by the introduction of a unique and meaningful logo that embodies the spirit of partnership and cooperation between #Türkiye and #Lithuania. The newly designed logo is not just a visual symbol but a narrative of unity, collaboration, and mutual goals. The logo prominently features the first line flowing from top to bottom, symbolizing the direct connection from Lithuania to Türkiye. This represents the geographic and economic journey that the Chamber facilitates, with this specific line highlighting the initiatory path from Lithuania, leading into a confluence where all lines unite in Türkiye. The logo consists of ten lines, representing the nine founding board members and the Managing Director. This design signifies the unity and collective effort of the individuals dedicated to the growth and success of bilateral relations. This new logo is more than a corporate symbol; it is a beacon that guides the Turkish Lithuanian Chamber of Commerce as it endeavors to enhance trade, investment, and cultural exchanges between Türkiye and Lithuania. It stands as a testament to the power of collaborative effort and shared vision. Join TLCC as we expand our horizons and grow together. 💭 Changing our behaviour for better is not always an easy thing, whether for ourselves or for the environment. It requires awareness of the issue, information on the ways to do it, motivation to change and determination to do better. 💪 We’re aware that it might take time to #changethepicture in our cities in Bulgaria by making cigarette butts littering socially unacceptable to keep our nature and urban spaces clean. 🍃 And we strongly believe in the power of #art to draw attention to social and environmental issues and drive #change. This is why our #ChangeThePicture awareness raising campaign 🐢 has embraced a number of art projects and collaborations with various art and urban communities to raise awareness on the environmental issue of cigarette butts pollution and provoke responsible consumer behaviour. 🌲 💚 The 🆕 info exhibition at the National Theatre garden 🎭 in Sofia is one of the best examples for this. Special thanks to our partners from Standart News Ltd. for the realisation of this project in Sofia and for the support of #Sofia municipality. The creative visuals wouldn’t be possible without the talent of photographer and Darik.bg director Konstantin Valkov and The Huts Group Bulgaria. Big thanks to all PM Bulgaria volunteers 🌟 who took part in this project proving once again that #WeAreBetterTogether and only together we can drive #change. 🙌 🔔 Visit the exhibition if you are in Sofia by end of this week or check more here ➡️ http://spr.ly/60419OP1L #ChangeThePicture #Sustainability #Art #Transformations Dilyana Yakova Polia Alexandrova Silviya Miteva-Kanin Petya Mitova Milena Milchova
🔹 The informational campaign #ChangeThePicture calls for responsible consumer behavior through the power of art. This time, the message comes in the form of an exhibition in front of the National Theatre in Sofia with striking visuals. 🎤 "This is our fifth #ChangeThePicture informational exhibition in the capital in a row, and this time the visuals are even more interesting and provocative. The campaign has long-term plans, hopefully our messages become a universal topic of conversation, and the act of irresponsibly throwing cigarette butts away – socially unacceptable behavior," says Dilyana Yakova, Manager of Regulation and Sustainable Development at Philip Morris Bulgaria. 🎤 "We want to say thank you to our partners from Standart Media for the successful collaboration аnd to Sofia municipality for their support. We strongly believe that art can be the best ambassador for social and environmental causes. So it is only natural that the #ChangeThePicture campaign has embraced a number of cultural initiatives and art projects across the country", says our Public Relations Manager Aneliya Ivanova. The exhibition is in collaboration with Standart Media and with the support of Sofia Municipality ➡️ http://spr.ly/60419OP1L
