Working closely with our coaches enables us to stay ahead of the curve, beat the competition and provide 𝐚𝐧 𝐮𝐧𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞. 🏀 As a basketball player myself, I understand the importance of in-person sports, and that’s exactly where we stand out. Throughout this season, TeamSportz will provide a comprehensive player-performance system designed to help coaches make more informed decisions. By collecting and analysing key data, we’ll give a 360-degree view of each player’s performance, including: - Player mood & well-being - In-training performance - In-game performance A big shout-out to Tremaine Maskall, Libby Whiteley, Antony Gregory Haase, Aaron Sandhu-Nelson, Becky O'Neill. I am thrilled to announce that Nanri ouakhilatou Torou has officially joined TeamSportz as a Backend Engineer! 😍 Originally from Benin, Ouakhila transitioned from working as a health care assistant in the UK to pursuing a career in tech. After attending various bootcamps, she joined us as an intern to master backend development, RESTful API development, and Lumen/Laravel framework. I am incredibly proud of Ouakhila's growth and dedication and grit by putting the work to learn and get better at writing code day in and day out without immediate reward. She now leads our API Documentation, API Testing, and is responsible for critical features used by clients such as London Youth Games and Basketball England. This journey reminds me of the opportunity Jorge Pena gave me, despite my lack of qualifications or formal training. It is a joy and privilege to now be in a position to pay it forward and provide similar opportunities to others. Welcome to the team, Ouakhila! 🎉 Let's keep coding!
