🌍 Erfahrungsaustausch Treuen x Piracicaba🌍   Vom 09.09. bis 11.09.2024 fand ein intensiver Erfahrungsaustausch zwischen unseren Werken in Treuen (Deutschland) und Piracicaba (Brasilien) statt.   Im Rahmen dieses Besuchs hatten die drei brasilianischen Kollegen die Möglichkeit, sämtliche Abteilungen unseres Werks in Treuen zu besichtigen und sich über Prozesse und Abläufe auszutauschen.   Dieser fachliche Dialog ist ein wichtiger Baustein für die erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit und den kontinuierlichen Wissensaustausch zwischen unseren internationalen Standorten.   Wir danken allen Beteiligten für die wertvollen Einblicke und das Engagement! 👍 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 🌍 Exchange of experience Treuen x Piracicaba🌍 From 09.09. to 11.09.2024, an intensive exchange of experience took place between our plants in Treuen (Germany) and Piracicaba (Brazil). As part of this visit, the three Brazilian colleagues had the opportunity to visit all departments of our factory in Treuen and exchange information about processes and procedures. This professional dialog is an important building block for successful cooperation and the continuous exchange of knowledge between our international locations. We would like to thank everyone involved for their valuable insights and commitment! 👍 

On Sunday, August 26th, we celebrated the 13th anniversary of Techniplas Monterrey. To celebrate the occasion, we invited the families of our colleagues to attend an open house and tour the facilities. Later, we all went to the Cosmoplus sports center where everyone enjoyed the pools, inflatables, a soccer game, and a delicious carne asada. We had an attendance of about 270 people. Additionally, we recognized the children of our colleagues who achieved excellent grades in elementary and high school. Thank you to everyone who participated!

12. Firmenlauf der Volksbank Vogtland-Saale-Orla eG in Plauen, Deutschland Der Firmenlauf 2024 war für Techniplas ein voller Erfolg! Mit insgesamt 23 engagierten Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmern war unser Team in diesem Jahr stärker denn je vertreten und zeigte großen sportlichen Einsatz. Unsere Läuferinnen und Läufer gaben alles und wurden entlang der Strecke von zahlreichen Fans und Kolleginnen und Kollegen angefeuert. Besonders beeindruckend war der Teamgeist, den unser Techniplas-Team an den Tag legte. Alle haben sich gegenseitig unterstützt, motiviert und bis ins Ziel begleitet. Diese gegenseitige Unterstützung spiegelt auch den Zusammenhalt wider, der unsere Firma im Arbeitsalltag prägt. Der Firmenlauf zeigte deutlich, dass Techniplas nicht nur als Unternehmen stark ist, sondern auch als Team hervorragend funktioniert. Nach dem Lauf kamen alle Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer zu einem gemütlichen gemeinsamen Ausklang zusammen, um die Erfolge zu feiern und sich über die Erlebnisse des Tages auszutauschen. Die positiven Rückmeldungen und die Freude aller Beteiligten machen deutlich, dass dieser Firmenlauf ein echtes Highlight war. #Teamgeist #Firmenlauf #Techniplas

Anniversaries at our Location in Brazil Last week, during the "Jubilando event", we had the immense pleasure of honoring and considering the employees who marked 5, 10, 15 and 20 years of dedication and commitment to Techniplas Brazil. Dia da Família na Techniplas Brasil. No último dia 20/07, tivemos o privilégio de receber mais de 1200 pessoas em nossa empresa para o tão aguardado Dia da Família, com o tema Diversidade e Inclusão. Todos puderam se divertir com nossa programação e se deliciar com os comes e bebes. Durante o evento, tivemos diversas instituições parceiras: Eu Me Importo: divulgação do trabalho da instituição e locais para doação. Novo Cãomeço: Alguns amigos de quatro patas estiveram no evento para receberem carinho dos visitantes e encontrar um novo lar. Assupira: Oferecemos uma oficina de Libras, permitindo que nossos visitantes se conectassem de maneira nova e inclusiva. Instituição Serenidade do Toque: Proporcionamos massagens realizadas por profissionais cegos, um momento de relaxamento e aprendizado sobre as diferentes formas de sensibilidade. 👏 Agradecemos de Coração: Um enorme agradecimento aos nossos colaboradores voluntários, cuja dedicação e entusiasmo foram fundamentais para que este evento fosse um sucesso. Last July 20th, we had the privilege of welcoming more than 1200 people to our company for the long-awaited Family Day, with the theme Diversity and Inclusion. Everyone was able to have fun with the activities and enjoy food and drinks. During the event, several partner institutions: • Eu Me Importo: publicizing the institution’s work and places to donate. • New Cãomeço: Some four-legged friends were at the event to receive affection from visitors and find a new home. • Assupira: We offer a Brazilian Sign Language (Libras) workshop, allowing our visitors to connect in a new and inclusive way. • Instituto Serenidade do Toque: We provide massages performed by blind professionals, a moment of relaxation and learning about different forms of sensitivity. 👏 Heartfelt Thanks: A huge thank you to our volunteer collaborators, whose dedication and motivation were fundamental for this event to be a success. Without you, none of this would be possible! It was an incredible day that reaffirmed our commitment to diversity and inclusion. Our plant in Mansfield, Ohio has been partnering with YMCA of North Central Ohio. for over a year. Recently, they designed and built a stand out of scrap for the YMCA produce grown in their garden! This display is set up in the community for members to pick up FREE produce for their families. We want to thank our Mansfield team for going above and beyond!
