With DigiGov Expo just around the corner, #Team2i’s Tim Matson and Jamie Gagnon will be exploring this question their talk: ‘The importance of software quality in delivering citizen-centric services’ They'll be touching on the positive and negative impacts of software quality at scale, and sharing their insights on how to keep quality at the core of the QAT process (especially when it’s critical to get it right) Why quality needs to be at the forefront: 🌍 Real-world impact: From citizen services to critical infrastructure, even small quality issues can lead to major disruptions. 🔄 Continuous improvement: Quality is an ongoing process. Keeping it front and centre strengthens the services and ensures positive user experiences. 🧩 Accessibility matters: Software is for everyone.
