As a former student and current teacher, I find Cain's views on introversion in education to resonate deeply with my experiences. We can better support all students by rethinking class participation and creating flexible spaces. Offering quiet time and alternatives to noisy recesses are simple accommodations that can make a significant difference. These adjustments highlight the importance of valuing introverts' strengths and creating a more inclusive educational system.
