📊 Getting More Google Reviews: 3 Effective Strategies Getting more Google reviews can significantly impact your business. Here are three simple methods: 1️⃣ Ask for reviews: Most customers are happy but don't think to leave a review. 2️⃣ Make it easy: Use links, QR codes, or text messages to streamline the process. 3️⃣ Follow up: Send reminders. Happy customers often forget, but a prompt can make a difference. 💡 Key insight: Unhappy customers tend to leave reviews unprompted. By asking, you're encouraging satisfied customers to share their experiences. 👉 Tip: Consider using a service like Get Reviews on Bright Local ($8) for automated follow-ups. One of the huge advantages of modern tech is its time-saving features. How many hours of your life have you wasted on hold to customer support services? Google wants to make that a thing of the past - users enrolled in the firm's Search Labs can now try an experimental function that automatically calls a customer service number and notifies them when a human representative is on the line. It will allow you to skip the wait times and rejoin the call once a customer support agent is connected. That's something we can all make use of. Read more: http://dlvr.it/T2xgsM

Business slogans are amazing and they can capture the imagination but trust isn't built through words alone. It's earned through consistent actions. For example: (1) If you promise to deliver a project by a certain date, make sure you meet that deadline. (2) If you say you'll support your team, be there for them when they need you. (3) If you commit to improving customer service, actively listen to feedback and make the necessary changes to enhance the customer experience. Show reliability in your actions, and trust will naturally follow. #MVirardi PS: Unlike what a lot of people think Google reviews are not mere words - even though you are reading words to make up your mind - but actions and reactions that took place in the past and which can determine the future.
