👉 After + 8 years in recruitment, these are my top 3 takeaways to keep in mind if you look for your new opportunity 👇: 1️⃣ Passion over Perfection A candidate who demonstrates genuine passion for the role and alignment with the company's vision often has an advantage. Enthusiasm, commitment, and a clear sense of purpose go a long way. 2️⃣ Steering Clear of “Doctor House Syndrome” In most workplaces, the “Doctor House syndrome”—being brilliant but disruptive—can hurt more than help. Exceptional skills matter, but so does the ability to collaborate. In my experience, success is achieved when everyone contributes to a positive, team-centered environment. 3️⃣ Rejection Isn’t Always About You Sometimes, it’s simply a matter of timing or strategic fit.
