The statue probably does not know yet that the second #method also includes #elearning but (at least for a professional) of a more effective kind 🤓 or that most successful #programs have been combining methods for years (or even a couple of decades), for example through a weekly sequence of an #instructional #video followed by (in fully #remote programs) a #call (via the #phone, via #MicrosoftTeams) or (in some programs) an #onsite #roleplay (or #simulation otherwise) in which the #concept or #technique introduced in the instructional video of that week is practiced 💡 if he knew, he might even respond: "I want both", and he would sign up for a program that does both (such as, in #sales, the Teknosell program) 🧠 🗣 🥇

Wait, are we seriously spending our marketing money on this? 😅 Well, if we are, at least it’s fun! 😄 But watching without doing is like being a statue - looks good, but doesn’t move the needle. Let’s focus on training that actually moves people - both statues and sales teams! 🚀
