Caregivers generally face many challenges especially when caring for elderly individuals. The common problems are burnout, mental and physical exhaustion, known as the caretaker stress syndrome. Other issues to navigate include financial problems, time management and relationships. Elderly caregivers may experience a decline in their own health. Ways to mitigate these problems include asking for help, eating and sleeping well, join support groups and seek counsel from a health care professional. #ArthritisAwareness #ElderlyHealth #GeriatricCare #JointPainRelief #SeniorWellness #HealthyAging #MobilityMatters #PainManagement #SeniorHealthcare #GeriatricMedicine #ArthritisSupport #AgingWell #SeniorFitness #JointHealth #ElderlyCare To Request a Call Back from A Second Opinion click the link :- https://lnkd.in/dwvgi3Yw
