Additionally, the role will involve creating financial reports, conducting variance analysis, and supporting decision-making processes within the eCommerce org. a. Trade-in recovery forecasting (weekly, monthly and quarterly) b. Monthly reconciliation of plan vs. actuals for TI contra c. Care+ revenue accounting d. Other contra revenue forecasting Skills: Background & Competencies Required: Strong knowledge of forecast modeling and basic p&l management. Prior experience in a consumer electronics manufacturer and/or retailer preferred but not required. Ability to navigate the Client organization to gather information, elicit feedback, gain buy-in, and engage others in B2C activities. Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to work under pressure and deadlines. In addition, must be able to manage multiple projects and often competing priorities. Experience: 3 - 5 years of equivalent work experience required. College degree required. Proficiency in all components of Microsoft Office Suite as well as Tableau preferred.

Juniors out there....strategically, it is in your best interest to go local. Look in your backyard for non-remote roles. You have a higher probability of landing something. Earn your keep, and after a couple of years, you can find a company that allows you to work remotely. Some companies do not want to hire junior engineers for remote roles, as it's much easier and more productive to do hands on training in person. It's not asynchronous. Food for thought.
