Attention Hiring Managers:
Top Talent doesn’t want to clean up messes that they foresaw!
I have had several companies reach back out to me, because as it turns out I’m knowledgeable. In one case they went with a less expensive/experienced candidate. In less than six months they have circled back, hoping that I’d be interested in building a team back up. They are now willing to pay me what I’m worth, because as it turns out I was right. No thank you. While I wish them well, it’s more effective and efficient to do things correctly the first time around. Hiring someone who passifies, and only says what you want to hear and not what actually should be done will cost you not only amazing talent, but money.
