🌟 Proud to be Featured in the FD! 🌟 I'm incredibly proud to be featured in the Het Financieele Dagblad with Marc Roodhuyzen de Vries, where we discuss our proactive and evolving approach to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) at Nexio Projects. Balancing DEI topics in the workplace is not an easy task, but it’s essential to creating a safe and inclusive workplace. As a leader in a Dutch scale-up, I know I still have so much to learn. I see DEI as a dynamic process, much like a living organism, requiring constant attention, feedback, and refinement. As I mention in the article, “Inclusivity is about more than just representation; it’s about creating an environment where everyone feels valued, heard, and empowered to contribute.” As a passionate advocate for women in the workplace and inclusivity, I am inspired by the words of other pioneers in this field.
