As the UK's largest regeneration project and a growing community, we support any proposals which will significantly enhance accessibility to the waterfront.” Contribute to the consultation → https://lnkd.in/ed54CzAz

We’re unlocking more land in Western Sydney to create thousands of homes, green open space and essential infrastructure 💪 Our statewide property audit has found an ideal site for a new community in Rydalmere, close to Parramatta CBD, Western Sydney University’s Rydalmere campus, University of Sydney’s Westmead health campus and the new Parramatta Light Rail ✅ The proposed rezoning will provide: 🏡 around 2,300 homes 🌳 accessible bushland reserve and open space 🚗 a new internal road network. Our Property and Development NSW team will now seek a development partner to bring this plan to life after being granted rezoning approval 🔍 This opportunity supports the Building Homes for NSW program, which aims to deliver 30,000 homes across the state 📈 Learn more at the https://ow.ly/T9gP50UiJXc 👈

Exciting to see the NSW Government's plans for Rydalmere that will help deliver essential housing and infrastructure in Western Sydney. This development showcases smart integration of transport connectivity, with the site benefiting from the Parramatta Light Rail and proximity to major education and health precincts. The planned internal road network will be crucial for supporting the 2,300 new homes while maintaining accessibility. At State Infrastructure, we're committed to working with our partners to ensure Western Sydney's growth is supported by robust, future-ready infrastructure that enhances community livability. #WesternSydney #Infrastructure #UrbanDevelopment #NSWGrowth #StateInfrastructure #NSWGov #MasteringComplexityElevatingResults

Yet another knock for our ill-fated seaside towns, but perhaps also a useful message, pre-budget, that there is no magic bullet to the decades of decline in our coastal communities and there needs to be a concentrated programme of driving investment to those areas. To properly 'regenerate' seaside towns, like Blackpool, it requires a whole-place response, which doesn't just create lots more seasonal, low paid, low skilled, volatile jobs, but one that works harder to rebalance the economy and can draw on the knowledge, skills and investment of all those with a stake in the place. Blackpool Council and the Lancashire Growth Deal have been building a multi-layered approach to improving transport, education facilities and more to improve conditions for local residents, so let's hope their efforts are recognised with the investment, from both the public and the private sector, that is needed. #coastalcommunities #regeneration #blackpool https://lnkd.in/eAxA6Mgw

The Government of Canada selects Industra to build multi-residential housing in Inuvik, NT. Spanning over two building seasons, Industra will construct multiple housing units for Parks Canada. About Inuvik, NT: Inuvik /ɪˈnuːvɪk/ (place of man) is the only town in the Inuvik Region, and the third largest community in Canada's Northwest Territories. Located in what is sometimes called the Beaufort Delta Region, it serves as its administrative and service centre and is home to federal, territorial, and Indigenous government offices, along with the regional hospital and airport. Inuvik is located on the northern edge of the boreal forest, just before it begins to transition to tundra, and along the east side of the enormous Mackenzie River delta. The town lies on the border between the Gwich'in Settlement Region and the Inuvialuit Settlement Region. #industraconstruction #performancedriven #clientfocused #newproject #NorthwestTerritories #Inuvik #multiresidentialhousing #parkscanada
