Before he was an Iron Chef, Chef Bobby Flay was an up-and-coming New York City restaurateur gaining acclaim for bold, Southwestern cuisine at his restaurant, Mesa Grill. Join us this summer as we explore these formative years, when a young Chef Flay’s unabashed cooking style inspired local CIA student, Grant Achatz. Next Restaurant is our 1 Michelin Star restaurant located in Chicago’s Fulton Market. It is known for changing its entire dining experience a few times a year, each time focusing on a new culinary region, theme, or moment in time.
