Sounds great The Association for Business Psychology, however the link to the report takes you to the webinar sign up page. Is there a link where I can take a look at the findings?

Great stuff! thanks for these insights. Can't help but notice the interesting combination of '59% DE&I not integrated into strategy' and 68% of the sample answering 'moderate' to 'very significant' to the question 'What level of impact has the talent drought had on your organisation’s/client’s ability to recruit qualified candidates?' 👀

Fantastic work from Ben Williams and Himanshi Naredi, and a huge thank you to everyone that took the time to contribute to these insights by participating in the research! As the "home and voice", our role in the indutry absolutely must be focused on guardianship and growth, both within our profession and across the world of workforce experience that we support. Well done everyone. I'm looking forward to the session and ongoing outputs.
